Talbot Tennis will provide you with a complete, turn-key solution to constructing the tennis court of your dreams. We offer our clients a single point of contact during the construction phase to ensure proper coordination of activities and eliminate any “finger pointing”.

Tennis Court Design and Consultation Services

Talbot Tennis will provide a free initial consultation to assist you with the design of your tennis court. We will work within your budgetary constraints while providing you with all the current “best practices” for Tennis Court Construction as determined by the

United States Tennis Court and Track Builders Association.

Clearing, Grading and Site Preparation
The preparation of the subsoil and its surrounding drainage are two of the most critical factors that determine the long term durability and life expectancy of your new court. Our grader has been working with us since 1976 and will help ensure that your court has the proper subsoil, compaction and slope. If conditions warrant, Talbot Tennis will recommend an independent Geotechnical Engineer to provide expertise prior to the construction of your court. 

Paving

Talbot Tennis utilizes several proven pavers throughout the state of Georgia that specialize in tennis court construction.  Talbot Tennis utilizes laser guided motor graders to ensure that you receive a level, properly sloped foundation prior to paving.   In addition to new court construction, we can provide an unbiased recommendation to enhance your old court by performing an asphalt overlay, permaflex overlay, or total tennis court reconstruction.

Post Tension Courts

We also offer our clients an option of a post tension concrete court, which applies 33,000 pounds of tension to each cable. Post Tension courts are designed to last 40-50 years and offer a ten year warranty against structural cracking.

Surfacing
Our crews have surfaced or re-surfaced thousands of tennis courts since 1976. We use only the finest materials available in the marketplace, manufactured by Sealmaster.  Please visit their website at www.Sealmaster.net for more information on our products.   

We also offer a variety of cushioned court alternatives which are more resilient and result in less stress on the body than traditional hard courts. 

Basketball Courts

Talbot Tennis provides a complete line of residential and commercial basketball systems. We also custom build both concrete and asphalt basketball courts and can provide a wide variety of surfaces (e.g. cushioned surfaces, acrylic color coats, striping, tiled). We have many excellent references available and would be happy to meet with you to discuss your specific needs.
